1. The service

TrueFit analyses your resume against a job description and generates a tailored resume and cover letter using only the information you provide. By using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You confirm that the resume and details you submit are accurate and yours to use.
  • You will not use the service for unlawful purposes or to misrepresent your experience.
  • You are responsible for reviewing every generated document before you use it.
  • You will not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

3. Accuracy of AI output

We build your tailored resume from facts already present in your resume and take care not to fabricate experience. However, AI-generated content can contain errors. The output is a draft to assist you — you are responsible for checking it for accuracy and suitability before submitting it to any employer. We do not guarantee any particular job outcome or interview.

4. Payments

A fit analysis is free. A single tailored resume is a one-time charge. You can also buy prepaid credit packs (which don’t expire) or a 90-day job-search pass, each redeemable in place of a per-resume charge. A history subscription is billed on a recurring basis and keeps your history while active; it does not itself include resume tailoring. Prices are shown before you pay and are processed securely by Stripe. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and your retained resumes then follow the standard retention schedule.

5. Refunds

Because each resume is generated on demand at real cost, one-off purchases are generally non-refundable once the resume has been generated. Prepaid credit packs and passes are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. If something went wrong on our side, contact us and we’ll make it right.

6. Data & retention

How we handle your data, including how long tailored resumes are kept, is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data at any time from the Account page.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any hiring decision made on the basis of a generated document. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
